Reread chapter 104, she says who she is herself lol. She’s the FL’s mother’s maid, who the duke recognizes. It’s likely she knows the truth of estelle’s birth and maybe other things that could get the duke into trouble. Estelle is the one who found her and wanted her to give info to help.
