well the title doesn't mean anything to the story.......
They mentioned in that last updated that he disappeared two days ago...
And Yes The title IS related he disappears for 19 days and I remember reading somewhere that these 19 days will change him somehow...
lol i'm p sure that's bullshit. it's called 19 days because in college OX (the author) did some one shots with others in a range of days and she did 19 Days. Later she decided to turn it into a manhua but did not change the title.

true old xian wrote herself that the title was just for her "plan" before. remeber the first chapter were called " one day" . but she decided to give them some more story than just the slap sticks they started with.
