How can they do anything when he doesn’t want to talk? There’s so much you can do for someone that refuses to open up. You don’t want to force them into that then you will blame them for it. He can’t talk about it, which mean they can’t help him since they don’t know what he’s going through.. nobody from his team or the CEO failed him.
i know it’s hard to force someone who don’t wanna talk but the fact that sihyeon died still remains.
and this is how i viewed things and in my opinion based on what i read they failed sihyeon. so there’s that.

since we read all this in sihyeons perspective, its obvious that the reader will pity and favor him. this might cloud someone’s judgement and blame the members when it was not really their fault either. tell me honestly, if you were in that situation where no matter how many times you ask, the person tells you nothing; what could you realistically do? they havent known each other for many years either. its completely realistic and you cant blame the members no matter how much it seems
For me it’s 50/50
I feel like his band member did fail him but this CEO didn’t coz he actively tried to help. I can’t remember if band members were actively involved in helping him tbh.
No emotional support whatsoever. But let’s see what happens further.
it’s heartbreaking but at this point i can say that EVERYONE failed him.
yes their ceo tried to help but as shown in the latest chapter it seems like he have some sort of regret bc he let him go when he shouldn’t. and it just continued to go from bad to worst; he tried but not hard enough.
and we also know that even his own members, especially them, didn’t do anything.
