Yeah I totally agree with you. The director was just living his life. I don't see anything wrong here. And Doyeon never confessed his feelings. Now that he knows director Kang is dating a guy ( he knows director and Yiyoung are dating) he decided to come and try ruin their relationship. He kinda humiliated himself.
No the director didn’t do anything different or wrong. The point is just that he started developing feelings for him. Feelings don’t get developed in logical predictable ways. Everyone wants to enjoy theirs.
I understand some might see it as sad...but really??? My guywas not interested in the director until HE THOUGHT the director MIGHT be interested in him. Like,they talked, he assumed, figured out his feelings, had the revelation, and then his heart broken in like, 2 hours, tops.
If that is not delulu, then I dont know what is.
The director did not mislead him nor did he hide who he was dating. My man was just living his life.
