From what I understand Leewon understands the toxicity of their relationship and he is still not 100% comfortable but still loves him and wants to stay with him.
Basically they're both crazy. Leewon loves him so he's just happy w/ Caesar. Caesar wants to be w/ Leewon so he talks and communicates w/ Leewon. It's not a green or red flag, it's just crazy cuz it's mafia and etc. It's like death roulette but like crazy people. Idk how else to describe it. They love each other and get hard off of each other and won't ever be with anyone else cuz they're made for each other basically. They're both insane lol.
Wondering this too bcs leewon is such a prideful character in his daily life. Maybe he was supposed to have a masochistic streak to contrast that idk. From what i understand he actually likes caesar’s personality and devotion to some extend and he understood that there’s no way he would win against him so he kinda just accept the situation at some point. Also he loves to be challenged and the situations around their relationship fills that part of his needs.

Quick answer, they both crazy like literally.
Leewon shoots Caesar in the leg just to ride him, Caesar i think after getting jealous slits his throat infront of Leewon. Like you know, they are just sick.
The reasoning why he slit his throat in the raw translate (I translate it myself on my own time), was because Leewon explained to break up then cuz his father and his couldn't get along and jealousy etc, but mainly cuz leewon was like "they why don't we just break it off?" And so Caesar slit his throat as a threat, which then he says afterwards in the hospital "never mention that again" etc etc, there is a lot to it. But that's the reasoning why he slit his throat lol, yeah they're crazy in general, especially with the fight as in the end they just banged each other again as they get off each other and Caesar's subordinate or whatever (the one who wants to basically kill leewon / Caesar) sees them doing it while he got caught in a trap lol, so in general yeah they're crazy, I'm all here for it tho (≧∀≦)
thank y'all for the replies i greatly appreciate it...tbh when i was reading this story throughout all the chapters i just think it was only caesar who was crazy tbh cause it was very evident that he's like "obsess" with lee won...lee won's character for me is very subtle that i did't even think that he's crazy for caesar as well
i just don't understand this story tbh...can someone explain to me? cause you know lee won got forced or got r*ped by caesar but he still forgave him? caesar was too obsessive with him that it is too much to bear like lee won is the one who keeps adjusting to him to please him not other way around...you know tbh i have already read some tropes that is more intense than this but i just don't get their characters at all...please if anyone who has an in depth analyzatiom of them, I'm willing to hear you out just to understand their character
