Bu-but! WHEN is a good question! I didn't tell my boyfriend until a couple months in when I figured out he was familiar wit the yaoi cause he was also into anime and manga. In fact, he wasn't grossed out by yaoi at all and even ships boy x boy pairings in our favorite shows. So a good time is just when you feel comfortable with it!

Also, before we started dating, I was informed that he leaned more on the gay side. This definitely lowered my confidence because I thought him dating a girl was not something he wanted. But we got together and low and behold we're going 2 years strong~ (▰˘◡˘▰)

well im 21 and i ve never had a boyfriend :p so i dont know but even if i would have i wouldnt tell him beacuse its not neccesary him to know such a thing like that . but if you still want him to reaaaally know and cant do anything else just do it :p he may hate this thing ofc but if he loves you much then this just can be a weird hobby to him :p
