The thing is they’re already bonded and that’s more of a permanent thing than marriage is since at least divorce exists, they’ve already decided they’re gonna be together always and they’re already a bonded pair and they’re already having sex risking pregnancy (another permanent commitment) so being hesitant about marriage in these circumstances in manhwas seems dumb
