At no point did the omega consent to what the alpha was doing during that first time. In fact, he tried to leave but the alpha basically forced him to stay by leveraging the debt. Plus in this world, alpha saliva has aphrodisiac effects, so saying that he enjoyed it doesn't really say much since that was inevitable. I like the story but it def started with an assault, there's just no way around it.
