It did great at leading up to him figuring it out and saving his life, but once it actually got to him doing that it felt super short lived and all of a sudden everyone got their happy ending. I mean we never even really saw much of the mom who it felt like they were leading up to be an important factor or have a bigger role.
I loved this so much I’ve been keeping up on it since release but I’m sorry the ending felt really rushed >:
