Istg, she's just dumb. She def has no common sense. She lacked development because she unknowingly depends on her charm magic. Girlie did not grow up because people coddled her too much, lol. I kinda understand her situation, but at the same time, felt the absurdity of it. So I must say that she has a gap and mentally underdeveloped, like a years worth (almost all her life years).
There are things that people learn from surroundings and from common sense (unwritten rules). Her magic blocked all of those and she lived in a overly fantastically-driven world where no one says she's wrong. Kudos to Ruri for standing up for herself and cutting her off; she's not her obligation. She's already causing a big strain on her life. Remember, if it ain't healthy, get rid of it. Red flags should burn in hell :))
