Like clearly it's not just about their art style. as another artist I struggle with drawing masc guys but as you can see from the top, they are very capable of making them look the same age! At this point this is just the artists weird fetish

When I’m reading this, I never thought of him as a child. Especially when I know they’re classmates. What I see is two people with the same age, in a relationship, doing a consensual sex.
