That is not true, why does everyone keep making shit up? I'll give the REAL SPOILER since everyone keeps mentioning that fake rumor. I used Google translate on the raws and it's been a while since I read some of these parts so there might be some inaccuracies.
- Uke does not confess, he just says they had a nice thing going and that he liked THE SEX, it's not a confession
- Seme asks the uke if they could still be friends even if they were not fuck buddies anymore (because now he likes him as a person too, it's more than just sex)
- Uke gets weirded out because he isn't used to the seme acting all sweet like that
- Seme realizes his feelings first and starts pursuing the uke

The ML replies “I truly cherish you. I care for you and I value my relationship with you… but the kind of feelings you are talking about.. sorry” and Kyuho knew that was a rejection.
I also translate with MTL so not sure if I inverted the roles but I don’t think it is the case.
