I read a spoiler a long time ago from the comments, based on what i remember miss connie is the one behind the death of regina and also she was the one who put leo in the orphanage. Cuz apparently the wandering knight is like her lover. If you go back to one of the earlier chapters, you'll see one panel where miss connie is suspicious, its not that obvious tho.
