Having ED is similar to balding. You can’t control it but there are remedies you can try via prescription.
loads of people get ED in their 40s or earlier. It's not weird and it's not like he can't get it up at all but probably has less stamina than his younger partner and longer recovery times if they go for several rounds. Totally not unusual when you're a 40-year-old dude
guys if we are talking about ED, 1) it can happen even in your 20s 2) it is curable(almost in ALL cases) so my comment still stands. but it wasn't specified! he made it sound like it's just _natural_ to not be able to get it up at 40, not because of ED. which is WRONG.
and like you know a lot of mangas are actually about ppl with ED so it's nothing taboo or smth.
if you can't get it up at 40 you should go see a doctor... god bless
