I kinda get the poly relationship Naruse is in coz he like an empty shell. Probly first just sense of responsibility, but as Mei grew up over the years and being obvious with his feelings also grew some emotions in him. The younger one filling his desires for the "playful and youthful" Mei and the mature lady is his facade as his public lover. They all agree so it's fine. IT'S JUST THAT idk the story is kinda off? I kinda feel Minaduki sensei got too ambitious with the plot there's alot of things going on that reading each chapter was like watching an afternoon soap opera! Poor Naruse, this story didnt give him justice.
