So I wasn't the only one to notice that he took the Zero Requiem Route LMAO XD Honestly, he could've just revealed himself to be half-vampire/half-human and basically say "Hey! We may have a dark past, but even my parents were able to get past that and so I exist! We all need to work together..." kind of thing. It is easier to hate than to forgive those who have hurt and oppressed you. It is even harder to not oppress those who have always been oppressed because the oppressors feel like they are losing rights when in fact the oppressed are just gaining rights the oppressors always had
Actually, it should be the other way around. It is harder to forgive those who have hurt you than it is to not oppress those who have always been oppressed. But on every other point I agree with you.
