Aitsu no Daihonmei is licensed in English and will not be updated by the scanlation group. You can purchase volumes 8 and 9 with the official translation.
Never Understand is a manhwa with kind of the same premise. Though it's not light-hearted comedy like these two... Its still pretty interesting though, and it's marked as completed.
You know, this yaoi reminds me of another one that I've read. It's called Aitsu no Daihonmei (or His Most Favorite). They both have "ugly" slanted eyes uke and perverted attractive semes. I really recommend it for anyone who wants to read it.
