I looked at the raws and it's pretty much as you described the novel to be... except it's only gotten up to the part where Yeonwoo and Shin have an honest talk at Shin's home (where Shin has been nursing Yeonwoo for days). And Yeonwoo discovers that they met when they were younger. They kiss and make out and it ends there, with the implication that they are together-together now. I don't know whether there will be more chapters, or it will take off where the novel does with Yeonwoo returning home and then navigating discussions of marriage.
I am so glad Shin destroyed his enemies and people trying to hurt innocent little Yeonwoo. It gave me great satisfaction to look at those panels. There's one panel where Yeonwoo has taken the crippled guy's crutch and raises it above his head, as if to strike Kangho (the red haired guy?) and the panel just cuts and we imagine just what Shin did.

I was just looking at the raws, I didn't use any translation tools on the text. So I'm not sure what the manga says what happens to him. But from that one panel about Shin about to destroy Kangho, it implies he'll never bother them ever again! The panels of Shin beating the crippled guy were more graphic and we see panels where he seems to be on life support. Also Shin's jealousy and horrible stepmother falls to her knees in another panel, looking like she's about to have a breakdown. She knows it's all over.
Yeonwoo has really suffered at the hands of the crippled guy; not just in the present but in the past. It was really satisfying to see Shin take him and his ally out, once and for all.
Anyway, the raws are up to chapter 58. If they have more chapters, it will be nice to see Shin formally introducing Yeonwoo to his grandfather. I know that Yeonwoo and the grandfather have informally met multiple times at the convenience store, but it would be nice to see the grandfather kindly acknowledging Yeonwood and accepting him as his son-in-law.
It's been a while since I read the novel and it was google translated... I haven't finished the novel too.. don't read this if you don't want spoilers, I'm warning you.
From what I remember, Yeonwoo will be able to escape on his own. The girl friend he wasn't initially close with will help him. Shin will find the crippled guy's place but Yeonwoo's already escaped. The girl doesn't know that Shin and Yeonwoo has some thing going on, so she won't trust Shin immediately, tho she'll tell him that Yeonwoo's in a hospital. That meet up at the top lounge exclusive for alphas will surely happen and Shin will be there, he'll put on a show and beat the crippled guy in front of all the alphas there, it was extreme honestly, not sure how much of that will be adapted to the manhwa. Kangho will be there too, and he'll end up brain d3ad after faliing trying to escape
Yeonwoo will try to escape from the hospital, Shin already placed bodyguards for Yeowoo's safety, but Yeonwoo's messed up and he'll blame himself for awakening Shin, not knowing how and when it really happened. Shin would tell him eventually and that it wasn't a bad thing and it's not the only reason Shin likes him. Yeonwoo will live with Shin until he recovers. Tho Shin really doesn't want to be apart from Yeonwoo anymore, Yeonwoo's father will show up and take his son home.
I've read up to the part where they're already talking about marriage, the oldies, but it's been a while so I won't be able to tell more.
