Nothing's up with the author. They are making a toxic BL for toxic BL readers, probably because they've read some themselves. If you aren't the target audience just leave.
And why can't the author write "such a disgusting person"? It's up to an author to write whatever the fuck they want and they don't need your opinion or approval. If you don't have the liver for toxic BLs, just leave. There's lots of Shoujo and fluffy Shounen Ai that you can enjoy instead.

I mean sure they can! Just how i can comment stuff. And honestly if people comment hate to the character normaly (if you wouldt read the stuff on illegal websites) it would get the author more fame. I believe they wrote the character with good intention of knowing how disgusting they wrote the character.
