the gist if i remember is mc was raised by a foster woman (which is hospitalised next to ml's mom) and live with his adopted brother and they're poor,plus the hospital bills. the brother loves mc and they are unrelated by blood but mc doesn't feel the same plus he felt guilty bcs of his mother's goodwill but they do sleep together. mc then met ml when he was drunk and mc didn't remember but he gave money to the ml so he is intrigued. we found out ml is a writer and gives lecture and he met mc again during one of his talks plus they discover their mothers bed are next to each other and they start to date.also mc once had a first love on a senior during his hard times (so take is as mc having 3? love interest) but senior went overseas. when the ex crush came back he invited mc to hang out and mock him bcs he knows mc had a crush and he just likes to see mc reaction when someone treats him nicely bcs he was poor and senior supported him. ml learned abt the trip bcs the brother who is overprotective told ml, and the senior was gonna go back to overseas but ml went to the airport and punch the senior (bcs he loves mc so much). mc and ml is now having a break bc mc hates ml getting hurt and mc felt like he didnt deserve love and we come to the latest chapter
also the brother has a new love interest, after mc dated ml and brother felt abandoned he took random jobs like being pretend boyfriend. this is the start of the 2nd couple when he take a job where a guy wants him to pretend to be his new lover so that his ex would leave him.
