This. It will make you fall asleep because of the lack of oxygen. I wouldnt recommend drug overdose though bc it's 50/50 and has side effects when unsuccessful. There's a post I read a long time ago, I think on reddit(?): they just grabbed anything and everything on their medicine cabinet. Most were vitamin c or ascorbic acid. She didn't die but was on ICU and it gave her acute stomach ulcer. She's a survivor and is actively advocating for mental health as far as I could remember

Genuine question how does one do suicide painlessly? I always see those manga where they do the rope one but doesn't that hurt? It's like getting choked
