Genetics are amazing! Some people are not born with a combined skin tone and features of their parents, rather having the skin tone/features of either parent. I know a young woman who has black hair and a nose somewhat like her mixed father and basically pure white skin like her mother. But because of her skin tone and most of her features, her father denied her being of his blood (even though it was proved through a DNA test), so she grew up without him with zero childcare payments because he insisted she wasn’t his daughter.
There was also a case of female twins that were born from a married couple where the husband was African-American and the wife had Celtic DNA. One twin had the same dark skin and coily hair of their father and the other had the red hair and fair skin of their mother.
I can even use an example with my relatives. My brother-in-law is Hispanic with darker brown skin and my sister is super pale with freckles. A couple of their kids have super pale skin and don’t tan easily while the other kid has darker skin and does tan easily (also gets freckles).
So I'm a bit confused when it comes to biology so this is more of a curious question: shouldn't she have slightly darker skin than her current one if she has her father's blood?
