It makes sense when people call him a green flag because all hes done till now is show mc love and respect. Heck even the mc clearly likes him back. But since He is not the main male lead he is going to be villanised by the author some way or the other(like always).
Good people don't grope others just because they are drunk. That was also not even the first occasion he did that. Plus the mc seems to be more grateful towards him and not interested in being together in my opinion

Also what makes Garon different from Raonhiljo is Garon already knew about the poison yet that didn't stop him to make love w the MC (take note that the MC wanted the sex for obvious reasons). Meanwhile, when Raonhiljo discovered about the poison, he couldn't bring himself to actually have sex w the MC, even murmurring to himself he's going to find out what the antidote is (by this time, the MC already knew what the antidote but he kept it hidden from Raonhiljo).
Why are you guys saying Raonhiljo is a green flag? He sees the Imae as an object to possess just as much as Garon, even kissing and groping him against his wishes. People aren't good just because they smile and have a friendly personality Also, Garon is much sexier anyway. He might be the devil incarnate but at least he is honest and handsome
