I wonder if they changed things so they can hurry the story/manga along to end it.
I swear the novel said that the nanny felt sorry for the baby and she ran away with the baby and no one knows what happened to them just an open ending for the nanny and baby.
But it’s the same here they found the baby’s clothes so it’s still an open ending
I remember the emperor feeling bad for the baby (and also bc he loves the baby) and asking the viscountess to flee with the baby. The viscountess who also loved the baby agreed. Though I never finished the novel so I'm not sure what the baby's ending is.

Why did the change it? How is he fertile? And what’s even worse why did Naver thinks of him as someone important? If it weren’t for that trashta greediness her life would still be fucked up!
