Tbh I didn't find it creepy, because young people have crushes, that's normal and the teacher didn't act on it, that's how people should handle it . Being nice, but explaining why it's a bad idea when an adult (especially a teacher)would acting on said crush (to young, law, brain development, trauma etc). Now he is 20, he can make his own choices, if he still wants to pursue that relationship.
