The therapist said something like that "they don't have enough patience" as if they're blaming the other person for not patient enough dealing with ppl like Keith, hello ppl are already kind and patient enough especially the FL these people like Keith just don't want to change. My therapist gave me a reality check tho, I also hate it when my old therapist blaming the other person (not for similar case) and the situation like I'm aware I'm being the bad person but you're not making it any better when you're blaming the situation and others.

That's what you have to do with narcissists. Tell them what they want to hear, and only what they need to hear in VERY small doses. Or else they'll stop going over all, saying it's just not working.
