He destroyed it in that version bc he knew that his son was killed by humans, this time around all he'd know is that Lois is missing so I think he'll just frantically and desperately search for Lois while having a huge anxiety attack.
I miss his dad. Its been so long since we got a flash of him. Wish he'd come homw, realise MC is missing and come looking for him
