I think they author only took the trope of the heat and that's it, no one ever mentions anything else of alphas or omegas.
[whispers] It's yaoi logic and we dare not question. Otherwise, we'll start questioning mpreg, why every ML and MC has no body hair, why an ahjussi has a baby face, why everyone looks 20, why every ML is ripped....you get the gist. So, let's not go there.
Is this an omegaverse because how is this guy not pregnant yet. Unless he’s on super strong birth controls or is just infertile I can’t think why he isn’t baby bound. (Probably just a story choice but I’m just saying)
