It has the explanation in the summary.
'In the world of "Doseverse," there are people with special characteristics: "Drugs" who can cure the illness of others just by touching them, and "Krankes" who are born with chronic health problems. Mikasaki, a "Kranke" for whom no treatment works, meets Yuma, a "Drug" at the medical facility where he is admitted. Mikasaki feels uncomfortable around Asuma, a refreshing elite who is the complete opposite of himself, but when Asuma touches him for treatment, a sense of pleasure wells up inside him... "It's okay, you can feel good." Even though he knows it's a medical procedure, he kisses him deeply and heals him until he melts - the one who saves and the one who can only be saved... the ultimate love born in an absurd world.

Its not out of place its written wrong ╥﹏╥ especialy the word Kranker (not Kranke like in the manga) is like more of an insult. If you mean patient its Patient (its the same like in english)! If they mean Doctor its written Arzt not arzte ( ̄∇ ̄").
Thats why it threw me of eveb harder and yes your right its not fitting too (as it is a japanese manga).
I ok...from the comments i understood its a verse ,especially with the german words? I thought they just translated from german to english and forgot to translate words but i guess they part of the verse? But i am still confused cause like they look like normal doctors and whats his illness? He seems fine apart of his trauma that causes self harm....Huhhhhh????
╥﹏╥
