I don't read this one yet but i need to ask is this harem?

there are two female characters with bigger roles, but the real constant present is probably only the junior sister.
the rest are just side characters imo. the ratio of male and female side characters are pretty balanced. the art is a bit of fanservice but nothing exaggerated. no strange lucky scenes.
