Though Swastika has gotten negative connotations due to N Germany. But Swastika's history goes beyond back and has significant importance in many religions and cultures such as Hinduism and Buddhism. You can see many temples and households have Swastika symbols.
Swatiska and Nazi symbols aren't the same though I agree that within the anime and manga community, there are lots of neo nazis
They have swastika symbols but they're significantly different. Nazi swastikas are tilted ,like the one here and don't have the dots like Buddhist and Hindu symbols do. It just shows the ignorance Japan had and still had to the war. Despite the fact the Japan committed a lot of wrong in the war, it isn't taught in school and there are no memorials to the people killed by Japanese soldiers. Unlike Germany, who repented and which you can't even talk about there without someone getting upset. Lots of Japanese people won't be able to tell you anything about the war. I don't mean to be dramatic. I usually aren't really sensitive to things but that was a swastika. And then in the scene after where the have the black swastikas on a white circle on a darker flag which you can safely assume is red. That is UNDENIABLY nazi

I know. That's why I said that there neo Nazis within the manga community, mostly old mangas. And Japan doesn't still teach the atrocities it committed
