I pretty sure it was a manhua. It had a very watercolor-y palette and it was focused on chinese gods or higher beings. Ml had black hair and red? eyes and was in love with Fl but someone else took over her body. She was reborn in a low rank (maybe servant) body and her hair is blue. Woman in Fl's og body is still clinging to Ml but acts differently than Fl used to. Because of this, he starts to notice similarities between the present Fl in new body and the one in his past. An example of this being when she carved and slept on a log bench/stool that she made in the past. (he might have been mortal turned immortal but im not really sure ╥﹏╥ and Fl helps Ml with some kind of pill/energy/medicine she has??)
