I think in omegaverse it's a term for when an alpha fucks another alpha with the intent of trying to change their secondary gender? I guess it's like, if an alpha takes the submissive role and gets fucked it'll alter the hormones enough to make them an omega. I've only ever seen it happening non-consensually in omegaverse though, like it's usually an alpha forcing himself on another alpha. So interesting to see an alpha willing for it to happen.
