2- something being uglier with every new chapter

I’ve seen both cases. This is the first one, not the second. But like you said, we don’t all have the same eyes or taste.

I think art style has been consistent. Just that the quality is not the greatest. The choice of clothing, hairstyles, like even the princess-carry etc was very weirdly drawn. Im using this is probably low-budget
