The kiss is really the acknowledgment of their feelings for each other. Kishiar all but confesses earlier on, but Yuder never takes it as such cuz he’s too busy trying to ignore his own feelings.

Now that I think about it, they didn't really like say I love you or confess but they talk in a roundabout way yk. Cause the novel is sooo poetic.

Kishiar basically said to yuder that he will give yuder the "key" to their relationship going further (cause he didn't want to force yuder, he's such a standard btw) this is somewhere around their first intimacy. Around chapter 300+-

Around chapter 460, is when yuder ran to kishiar and said if he can use that "key" (basically yuder saying he's ready to take the relationship further) and they did it after that. (There are circumstances that leads to this but I don't wanna spoils too much)

Basically they didn't confessed or anything cause they're fated mate yk their feelings are connected and all so they just knew right from the hearts. And just by gazing into each other eyes, they feels what each other feels

If you read it back again you can see Kishiar shows his interest early on like he knew Yuder is the one

Yuder is a lot more reluctant to admit any feelings, for obvious reasons. But you’re completely right they don’t straight up say it in the way you’d see a typical confession to go.
It’s def a lot more poetic and it’ll be interesting to see how those scenes get translated into comic form.
