I read something similar before, although not entirely: Another World Dump Truck features the MC's body's original owner living in the modern world (MC was a man, og was a woman, so it was quite fun even though I dropped it a while ago). Also, the mc of The One Within the Villainess is the owner of the body who takes her body back after ogMC lives in it. It's not common at all though, I agree that it would be interesting!

You’re actually so real with the body proportions . Recently read “tears on a withered flower” and despite how good the artist and the plot is the fl’s body proportions just put me off

The body proportions are indeed a bit ridiculous, even though every character is absolutely gorgeous
