Hi sorry can you give some examples of his red flags i haven't read the novel

I've been wondering why everyone on this site keep telling me that the ML is a red flag? I almost finish the novel, and I didn't find his red flag behavior. His only sin is not telling the mc that he knew him from the start. What else???

Surely he's not a saint, he lie and sometimes lack of communication, but it's not something that should labelled as red flag? I can accept if we just called him Yellow flag lol. But yeah, everybody have a different perspective, I just curious.

Hes not a red flag hes just fucking frustrating and annoying as hell. Hes mainly the guy who starts misunderstandings and conflicts

Girl just read the spoilers. There has been a big discussion over it in the comments. He basically deceived and manipulated MC when he was a child, to the point he became completely dependent on him. At the same time he kept reporting about everything that MC has been doing to his abusive mother, now just pesters MC and pretends that nothing even happened. After they get into a relationship he keeps trying to hide it and keeps stringing MC along.

After all, everyone has a different perspective about this matter. I've seen those discussion, there's so many discussion about this, and I've read the novel too.

Some people said that he's not really a red flag, and some others said the opposite. These fractions never collide. ML is not saint, he's never a green flag, but I found some of his behavior has own reason. AGAIN, it's my perspective. I prefer to call him yellow flag.
