No cuz I'm in a summary situation. My hair loss has decreased a bit now, but the hair list isn't really growing back. I naturally have thin hair tho(it's hereditary).
I shampoo my hair thrice a week and apply a hair mask so that my hair does not frizz up, as it might lead to more hair damage. Besides that, massaging a mixture of hot castor oil and coconut oil is good for your hair.

I think hair loss is caused by many factors and not everyone has the same type of hair or condition if there's any. So for me, when I'm dehydrated (I'm fkn lazy af to drink water idk why - totally my fault) my hair would fall off like crazy.

But I would suggest for you to have it checked by a professional just to be safe so they can advise you properly, maybe it's due to excessive stress or your diet. I don't know, so please ask your Dr.

Unfortunately, my advice is to see a doctor. Extreme hair loss can be caused by a few different things and only a doctor can tell you why. Especially since you say you're still young, it might be a genuine health concern.

    alright
hair loss at young age is usually due to if not alopecia then poor diet, bad sleep schedule, poor scalp health, biotin deficiency, less blood circulation in scalp, these are all as far as from what I know.
Losing 50 to 100 strands of hair per day is considered normal so if you comb your hair say once a week and see a lot of hair fall then don't worry cause it's basically the accumulation of hair fall that was supposed to happen everyday hence it's normal to see that amount.
As for the reasons I mentioned :
Poor diet can be fixed by eating whole foods and lessen processed food as much as possible, have a balanced nutritious meals daily.
Bad sleep schedule - well sleep at least 6 hours every day.
Poor scalp health - this depends on how often you wash your hair and if it suits your needs, basically after how many days of wash day does your scalp become greasy, its best to wash it at least once a week and if your hair becomes greasy often then wash it accordingly.
Another is the shampoo you use, as we go through the week our scalp collects dirt and build up on the roots of the hair, its important to clean it well hence use a clarifying shampoo like volume and body shampoo by Pantene or Loreal ever pure clarifying shampoo, at least once every month and on other wash days just use a good shampoo.
Biotin deficiency then try hair gummies, i have been using one myself and they're quite good you're supposed to have one person day after a meal and you'll see baby hair growing in no time.
Poor blood circulation - use a silicon scalp brush before hair wash and rub it on your scalp, it helps to remove the build up from the scalp so that shampoo can wash it off easily and also increase the blood circulation so as to promote hair growth.
Also oiling your hair a few hours before washing is good too, rosemary oil is good to promote hair growth, heat it up a bit it'd feel relaxing to apply then.
That's all, hope your hair grow well and your hair fall reduces.

I made a typo in the biotin deficiency para, you're supposed to have one per day after every meal***

Definitely see a doctor to know what's causing it treating the cause is way way way better than trying to treat the hairloss on its own. I can tell you tho most the time it's entirely reversible even if you lose all the hair so dw !
