It's 50-50 for me. I appreciate it since it's realistic that they take it slow (since they only spend around more than 1 year and half from the latest web novel updates)... But torture at the same time since it's already been more than 500 chapters already with almost too little progress (no confessions yet) and it takes years as a reader to wait for their romantic development.

I don't think so since the manga have many cut scenes, monologues and dialogues from web novel alone
I’m also up to date with the novel but I personally still don’t mind! I think they do a good job of keeping the plot interesting without romance being the driving plot.
I know a lot of people get frustrated with their relationship and think it’s too slow but that’s actually my favourite part of this story.
It feels realistic the slow-burn romance makes me all fuzzy inside :)
