The stressful moments in this manhwa are more than the satisfying moments, the latter doesn't feel more rewarding as they're supposed to. Take "Darling, why do you regret it?" for comparison, good pacing and very satisfying moments of insulting the cheaters despite lesser chapters.
Funny enough both manhwas have pink haired disgraces and it hurts my "pink hair good gals and boys trope" heart. They're supposed to be cute and lovely but it's okay, exceptions are inevitable.
I wasn't surprised when the ML is the same old black haired red eyed prince/grand duke/duke.
On the bright side, he doesn't let misunderstandings grow further. He gives enough time for MC to have some space. Neither too short, nor too long, just the right time.
I feel like what should have been covered in 40+ chapters is rushed in 20+ chapters regarding the overall "the real villain mastermind is the emperor". While the main villains are that white lotus and garbage pee colouredhair prince, they seem like fodder to make the emperor shine in villainy. Of course, I may be flawed in this certain point. All of them never fail to make me sick and disgusted though.
There are also some moments where this manhwa reminds you of "Marry my husband".
It's also a waste that other princes were introduced just once (aside from pee hair and ML) and there were no minor plots involving them to build up and integrate into the main plot. Then again, it would get too messy and needs balancing.
Eh, all in all, it's pretty good, just needs to slow down very little and build on foundation.
