ML literally has zero emotional chemistry with... uh, pretty much everyone in the story. It physically hurts when I see him and MC have any ounce of intimacy... cuz it all feels so... forcefully distant.

Yow, the kid (if he's older than he is in this story) who calls him hyung has more chemistry with him lol. Even eyeglasses guy from Domination Kingdom or whatever (I'm not good with names) is more compatible with him at this point

I cannot stand the "romance", holy hell. I understand there are circumstances behind the ML's absolute lack of expression and the misunderstanding between him and the MC but artistically it just blows. It's a turn-off how the MC seems like he's bending over backwards to please the ML, when the story is trying to tell us that the s*x is supposed to be mutual instead of dubcon, all because of the fact that the ML has a face carved of stone and refuses to use his capacity for intelligence to figure out just why the MC did what he did in the past.
