Ahhh it's not a bL novel that his in. It was actually and is actually a straight novel. But the fact is that after he took the character Maythan(sorry for wrong spelling) the story twisted into bL but he doesn't know nor anyone else know that it turn out this way.
Plus His straight even in the real world so ofc he doesn't know anything about bL, he just know the others have fallen for him but his trying to make the story straight but the Author itself and making so many twist and turns that you can't blame it the mc's stupidity.
