i was disappointed by that part too, like it just felt a bit bitter..(just my opinion) but the storyline would have been fine without the forced sleeping part with the senior at work..maybe it's just me though...

Yes, I understand what you mean. It has a bitter aftertaste. It wasn't needed to progress the story, and uke basically got raped. I wish the mangaka didn't add that part.

People are upset that Fujita slept with his superior because Fujita (uke) even hated the idea that Kawasaki (seme) might have slept with Honda. So it's kind of hypocritical. At the same time, Fujita was the one who ended their relationship/situationship in high school saying that he's going to get a girlfriend. So it is quite valid to get frustrated with him.
Having said that, it seems that he was forced to sleep with his former superior because he said he can't quit his job.
Honda said Kawasaki didn't have any relationships but I see some comments here speculating that he could have slept with someone. No, he didn't. That was the implication. And that is why Fujita felt guilty and confessed he slept with his superior. To which Kawasaki replied, "I'm telling you it's fine".
All is well now. But it's disappointing how the mangaka added the sleeping with his boss part. It was really unnecessary to the plot. Especially, when Fujita seems coerced to do it too.
This is separate to the plot since Fujita was forced to do it, but sleeping with someone when you love another is not good. You'll just add one other person who gets hurt. I'm glad someone commented here that they've experience being the rebound person and how it was painful.
When you claim to love one person but sleep with another, it raises questions about the depth of that love. Perhaps that's an idealistic belief, but love is, by nature, idealistic.
