Well, in this universe, they're not human, just tiger and dragon. It's just easier for the audience to see them as humans, so that's why the author drew them as such. That's what their clothes WOULD be like if they were human.
But in the recent chapters you fan see the tigers morphing like changing into human form so doubt that
bro, the mini stories at the end of each volume is a "what if" scenario of them living as HUMANS in a modern human society. also, the official description of the manga says "a young dragon is captured by a beautiful female tiger". there's no indication that humans live in the main universe, which is the reason for the mini "what if" stories at the end of each volume. also, you never see them change forms. you just see them as animals in one frame and humans in another.
You do see them change forms go to the more recent chapters
Let just say this.. their parts of hair fluff turn into clothes.

wondering how they get their human clothes, like are they born with it...............or do they buy it at a store.
