Tbh I do t understand that fully either but it has something to do with tge new owner and evil cultivation. The patriarch used his dream power (to trap people in their dream ig) where anything you want can be real since its a dream and thus tge mc getting his way but that white hair patriarch wasn't a part of dream and that is what confuses me.
