I read somewhere else that its a Taiwan artist who drew it and posted it on their twitter (X) - If I remember correctly its their OC. hope someone else can give you more info.

after some research, they’re OC (original characters)! the authors name is junjun_penguin on twitter/X, they posted this on the 09.08.24 if you’re interested to check them out :)
