I don't even think its the artist fault. Webtoons based on novels are produced by companies. So the producers/adapters are the ones that decide the new direction. But imo idk why they'd pick up such a great novel just to change it
icl the artist is so lazy, compared to the novel it feels like they missed almost every important part just to finish this off
