he can upload his comic to tapastic.com or smackjeeves.com or webtoons. those are the webcomic hosting websites but some artists who upload to those sites sometimes also upload it to mangago, for example this comic: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/victim_gate_of_spirits/
hmmm maybe try to upload to tumblr? tumblr is a pretty good platform to gain audiences and attention first. but then again if he's going to upload long manga straight on then tapastic!
First, I would say go to official webcomic sharing sites. You could submit his art on webtoon.com (as long as there is no nudity or r-18 scenes) and doubling the comment above, tapastic.com or smackjeeves are also good sources. But if you really want to put his comic on Mangago, use the button down at the bottom of the site called 'Contact Us'. If you send them an email with the attached storyline and title, I'm sure they'll put it on the site. (I could be wrong about this however). Best of luck to you.

I'm sorry for being so random, I came here instead of those sites cause of the content of the manga and the fact that I'm a huge fan of this site and it's community but I'll make sure to relay your comments to him! How and is it possible for him to upload his art in Mangago. im talking for him cause he just quit but he made it very clear he wants na audience for his manga, witch til now he could share with me and some of his female friends. Hes been drawig since for ever and i feel like he has potencial, and there wouldnt even be translating problems cause the original source is already in english. I would like to know more from people who actuallly know about this
