Right? And even if she was “just a teenager and only 18/19”, it still wouldn’t be acceptable because in Asia, it’s very important to respect your elders, obey them, not talk against them or put your nose into their business, at all, so not one of her actions can be excused or justified
Could people please stop saying that she’s just a child/teenager and doesn’t know any better? She’s in her early 20’s and ended college. She’s an young adult. No matter how sheltered her life’s been and if she really is naive and innocent, her emotional intelligence still wouldn’t be that of a little child’s. Children from the country grow up and mature must faster than city children. Even if she was raised in the city, children with sick family members mature faster compared to other children as well. So her emotional intelligence isn’t sub par.
