He kind of knows. He's not 100% sure. He's like 80% sure. Karas doesn't act unless he is 100% sure of something.
Yeah, It wouldn't make sense but it's something that happens in other manhwas so I was just wondering you know? The whole "I knew it from the start" is pretty common and would be a reason Karas didn't kill him yet lol, from what they presented of how he acts right now at least (hope it makes sense, English is not my first language)

Yeah it's more like that. Karas also thinks that maybe this a new thing the King's Heart is doing by acting like the person they sent to "act" like Abel doesn't know that he is the emperor. It's easier to understand in the novel tho.
Does He already know that the guy is Abel? Not sure...
